Clinical TEAM

  • Create a supportive, engaging, and structured environment for children ages 2-5 with diverse behavioral and developmental needs. You will work closely with a team to implement individualized lesson plans, promote positive behavior, and foster emotional and social growth.

  • Early Intervention Community Specialist play a critical role in delivering high-quality early intervention services to children within the community. This full-time salaried supervisory position involves max 25 hours of direct service delivery, including assessment, individualized planning, and intervention, ensuring that all services align with best practices and compliance standards. Responsibilities include working with daycare admin and staff to develop and implement best practices site-wide. In collaboration with families and daycare professionals, you will be facilitating regular meetings with families and staff to review progress and address concerns. Maintaining open communication with daycare staff and ensuring the environment is conducive to service delivery while adhering to daycare policies and procedures, is essential.

Stephanie Cotto, the Director of Human Resources at The Inspired Community Project, brings nearly two decades of experience in operations management, billing, and human resources across both medical and corporate environments. A skilled multitasker and natural leader, Stephanie is known for her ability to build strong, supportive systems that keep organizations running smoothly and equitably.

Before joining TICP, Stephanie oversaw all aspects of HR—including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance—as well as daily operations and budget management. Stephanie’s hands-on expertise in hiring, compliance, employee development, and record-keeping has positioned her as a critical force in building the internal systems that sustain TICP’s mission. At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to equity, clarity, and care—ensuring that every team member, from apprentices to clinical staff, feels supported and empowered in their role. With strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, she fosters a workplace culture that reflects TICP’s neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed values.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University and brings a uniquely grounded and compassionate perspective to nonprofit HR leadership. Her leadership continues to shape a work environment where people, process, and purpose align.
