At TICP, therapy isn’t separate—it’s part of your child’s day. We offer speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapy right at our center, seamlessly woven into their daily routines. We’re committed to making our services accessible to all families. TICP currently accepts ACS Daycare Vouchers and private pay, and we’re actively expanding to include private insurance options. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so every child can get the care and support they deserve.
WHY CHOOSE TICP?
Our team is made up of highly trained, passionate professionals who are deeply committed to providing exceptional, neurodiversity-affirming care. We are New York State’s first and only Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program, which allows us to train, mentor, and certify individuals—many from the very communities we serve—to become skilled behavior technicians and future leaders in the field.
Qualified Staff
At TICP, play is not just fun—it’s intentional. Our educators and therapists embed developmental goals into every activity, ensuring that each moment of play supports growth, confidence, and connection. When children are happy, relaxed, and engaged, they learn naturally through play, building essential skills like problem-solving, communication, and creativity in an environment that feels joyful and safe.
Play-Based Learning
Our approach builds confidence, fosters independence, and helps children develop critical self-advocacy and communication skills—including the ability to express assent and make choices about their care. Using data-informed decision making, our team tracks progress and adapts support to meet each child’s evolving needs. These insights not only shape individual plans to ensure our services are as responsive and empowering as possible.
