Payment Options
We are committed to making our full-day behavioral therapy program accessible to all families. TICP Bronx accepts daycare vouchers from HSA and ACS for eligible families, allowing children to receive specialized support at no cost. We also offer private pay options for families who do not qualify for vouchers but are seeking high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming care in a structured, full-day setting. Our team is happy to assist you in navigating payment options and determining the best fit for your family's needs.

Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) provides resources to help parents with their child care needs and support providers and people who are running child care programs. For qualifying families, child care programs provide free or low-cost child care for children 6 weeks to 13 years old. Child care vouchers help cover the cost of child care at hundreds of home-based and center-based providers across the city.

There are two ways to apply for child care vouchers:
ACS is accepting online applications for families citywide through MyCity! MyCity makes it easy to apply for assistance and track the status of your application.
If you are currently receiving Cash Assistance (CA) Benefits, then you can connect your ACCESS HRA Account to your CA case and request assistance with Child Care online.

Our private pay rate is $450 per week, with payments due each Friday for the upcoming week. Families can easily set up automatic payments and manage everything through our online Brightwheel portal, where you can view payment history, download invoices, and access summaries anytime. We’re here to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.

for 1:1 Services at TICP Bronx Daycare & Clinic
Payment Options
For children enrolled in our daycare who are UNDER the age of 3, due to New York State Early Intervention regulations, TICP cannot internally provide EI services. We do welcome and support outside Early Intervention (EI) providers—including ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy—on-site.
For children enrolled in our daycare who are OVER the age of 3, we can provide 1:1 services through the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) or via Related Service Agreements (RSAs) from the Department of Education.
For families whose children are not enrolled in our daycare, TICP Bronx Clinic offers 1:1 services on-site for children up to 10 years old. In these cases, a caregiver is required to remain on the property while services are being provided. These services may be covered through CPSE, RSA Letters, insurance, private pay or other applicable funding sources, and our team is available to help families understand eligibility and scheduling.

If your child is eligible for Early Intervention (EI) services and already has an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), your service coordinator will arrange services through another agency—not TICP—due to EI program restrictions. That agency will hire and assign a provider (such as an ABA therapist, speech-language pathologist, or occupational therapist) to work with your child at our center.
While TICP does not directly provide these services for enrolled daycare children, we will coordinate care, share space, and collaborate as a team to ensure your child’s skills are nurtured and supported across environments. Our goal is to create a seamless, supportive experience for your child and family.
