    Director of Training & Excellence
    Kristynna is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 20+ years of experience in behavioral health. As Director of Training & Excellence at TICP, she oversees New York State’s first and only Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program. With expertise in training design, mentorship, and neurodiversity-affirming practices, Kristynna ensures that trainees receive high-quality, evidence-based education in a supportive and inclusive environment.
