Director of Training & Excellence

Kristynna is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 20+ years of experience in behavioral health. As Director of Training & Excellence at TICP, she oversees New York State’s first and only Behavioral Health Apprenticeship Program. With expertise in training design, mentorship, and neurodiversity-affirming practices, Kristynna ensures that trainees receive high-quality, evidence-based education in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Director of Finance and Billing

Noel is a financial management expert with extensive experience in billing, accounting, and operational finance. As Director of Finance and Billing, he ensures the fiscal health and sustainability of TICP by overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management. With a keen eye for process optimization and compliance, Noel plays a critical role in streamlining financial operations, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the organization's mission.

Director of Family Advocacy

Ariane is a dedicated advocate committed to empowering families and ensuring equitable access to high quality special education services. As Family Advocate for TICP, she provides guidance, resources, and support to caregivers navigating the complexities of NYC special education and community-based services. With a passion for advocacy and a deep understanding of family needs, Ariane works to bridge gaps in access and empower caregivers with the tools to make informed decisions for their children’s development.

Director of Human Resources

Stephanie is a dedicated HR professional committed to building inclusive, people-centered workplaces. As Director of Human Resources at TICP, she leads talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to support a mission-driven team. With expertise in recruitment, workforce strategy, and diversity initiatives, Stephanie ensures a supportive and equitable work environment that fosters professional growth.

Chief Programming Officer

Vielka serves as Chief Programming Officer, where she oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of TICP’s programs for neurodivergent children and families. With deep experience in early childhood services, program operations, and family-centered care, Vielka works across clinical, educational, and family support teams to strengthen service delivery, expand access, and ensure programs remain high-quality, responsive, and sustainable as TICP grows.
