To advance educational equity by providing trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming early childhood services, empowering families through advocacy and coaching, and creating career pathways in behavioral health for underrepresented communities. We are building self-sustaining, community-rooted support systems—by the community, for the community—where every child, caregiver, and professional has the tools to thrive.

We believe every child and family deserves access to high-quality support—regardless of income, background, or diagnosis. TICP was built to break down systemic barriers and provide no-cost, neurodiversity-affirming services that meet families where they are, both literally and figuratively.

We stand alongside families, not in front of them. From coaching caregivers to navigate complex systems to partnering with community programs, our work is rooted in elevating voices, protecting rights, and ensuring that families have the tools to advocate for their children with confidence.

Our Services

Full-day early childhood center and behavioral therapy clinic that provides inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming care for children ages 2 to 5. Rooted in evidence-based practices, the center integrates ABA therapy and related developmental services within a structured, play-based environment that celebrates each child’s individuality and strengths.

Community-based therapy center providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as family training for children from birth to age 10. With flexible before-, during-, and after-school hours—including Saturday sessions—and a brand new state-of-the-art sensory gym, families have access to individualized, neurodiversity-affirming care in a supportive and engaging environment.
Multiple Locations in the Bronx
We partner with local Bronx daycares to provide no-cost, in-house EI and CPSE services. In addition to direct support, we provide behavioral consultation, staff training, and center-wide strategies to help partner programs build inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming environments where all children can thrive—at absolutely no cost to the daycare.
