Board Chair
Donna serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of The Inspired Community Project. A licensed social worker and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Donna was one of TICP's earliest foundational partners and has helped guide the organization since its startup. She brings extensive experience in developmental disabilities, behavioral health, organizational leadership, and family-centered services, providing strategic oversight as TICP continues to grow and expand its impact.

Treasurer
Randy brings extensive expertise in supply chain management, financial oversight, and strategic sourcing to his role as Board Treasurer. As a Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, he oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, procurement, and operational efficiencies across healthcare services. With a strong background in financial analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration, Randy ensures fiscal responsibility and sustainability for the organization's mission-driven initiatives.

Her leadership experience, including serving as Vice President of the Board for Women for Sobriety, reflects her commitment to community impact and advocacy. As a board member, Susie leverages her expertise in change management and administrative strategy to support The Inspired Community Project’s mission of providing equitable early intervention and career training opportunities.

With over a decade at Paychex and leadership roles at AllianceHCM, ADP, and TriNet, he specializes in driving operational efficiencies and scaling businesses. His expertise in leadership, team collaboration, and client relations supports The Inspired Community Project’s mission by strengthening strategic partnerships and sustainable growth initiatives.

Connie is a retail and e-commerce executive with nearly two decades of experience scaling organizations, building strategic partnerships, and developing the operational and revenue infrastructure that drives sustainable growth. As Vice President of Registry & Affiliate at Zola, she has led the company's assortment strategy and supplier relationships through multiple stages of growth. Her civic engagement — including time as a "Big" with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and as a Grid Fellow with Tech:NYC — reflects a longstanding commitment to community impact.
