    Treasurer

    Randy brings extensive expertise in supply chain management, financial oversight, and strategic sourcing to his role as Board Treasurer. As a Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, he oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, procurement, and operational efficiencies across healthcare services. With a strong background in financial analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration, Randy ensures fiscal responsibility and sustainability for the organization's mission-driven initiatives.

    Lisa is an experienced educator, strategist, and leadership coach with a strong background in talent development, organizational strategy, and equity-centered practices. With expertise in executive coaching, strategic planning, and change management, Lisa ensures clear communication and governance, supporting the board’s mission with a people-centered and results-oriented approach.

    Susie is a seasoned operations and process improvement expert with a strong background in organizational management and strategic development. Her leadership experience, including serving as Vice President of the Board for Women for Sobriety, reflects her commitment to community impact and advocacy. As a board member, Susie leverages her expertise in change management and administrative strategy to support The Inspired Community Project’s mission of providing equitable early intervention and career training opportunities.

    Bill is a results-driven sales and business development leader with extensive experience in franchise growth, SaaS solutions, and strategic marketing. With over a decade at Paychex and leadership roles at AllianceHCM, ADP, and TriNet, he specializes in driving operational efficiencies and scaling businesses. His expertise in leadership, team collaboration, and client relations supports The Inspired Community Project’s mission by strengthening strategic partnerships and sustainable growth initiatives.

  • Jonathan Soto

    Member-at-Large

    Jonathan is a dedicated attorney and policy strategist with a strong background in law, government, and community advocacy. His experience includes leadership roles in the NYC Mayor’s Office, Union Theological Seminary, and grassroots political organizing. As a former candidate for NYS Assembly, he brings expertise in legislative policy, strategic initiatives, and social justice advocacy. His legal acumen and commitment to equity-driven change support The Inspired Community Project’s mission to expand access and opportunity for underserved communities.

    Board Chair

    Ariane, originally from Venezuela, with a Bachelor’s degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and extensive experience in both general and special education settings, Ariane has dedicated her career to advocating for children with special needs.

    As a parent who has personally navigated the Early Intervention, CPSE, and CSE systems, she brings invaluable insight and passion to her role. Ariane is particularly committed to supporting families facing language barriers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to advocate effectively for their children’s education.
