As a Director at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, he oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, procurement, and operational efficiencies across healthcare services. With a strong background in financial analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration, Randy ensures fiscal responsibility and sustainability for the organization's mission-driven initiatives.

Jonathan is a dedicated attorney and policy strategist with a strong background in law, government, and community advocacy. His experience includes leadership roles in the NYC Mayor’s Office, Union Theological Seminary, and grassroots political organizing. As a former candidate for NYS Assembly, he brings expertise in legislative policy, strategic initiatives, and social justice advocacy. Ariane, originally from Venezuela, with a Bachelor’s degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and extensive experience in both general and special education settings, Ariane has dedicated her career to advocating for children with special needs.

As a parent who has personally navigated the Early Intervention, CPSE, and CSE systems, she brings invaluable insight and passion to her role. Ariane is particularly committed to supporting families facing language barriers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to advocate effectively for their children’s education.
